From Ad`iyih-'i Hadrat-i Mahbub. (Cairo: Faraj Allah Zaki al-Kurdi, 1339/1920). Research has indicated that this Tablet was actually revealed before the Kitab-i-Aqdas. Through a series of short aphorisms, it describes the essence of wisdom, love, religion and detachment. One of the quotes from this Tablet, "The source of all learning is the knowledge of God, exalted be His glory" was chosen by Shoghi Effendi to adorn one of the doors on the House of Worship in Wilmette, Illinois.

Risalih-'i Siyasiyyih ("Treatise on Leadership"). Written around 1892 in response to the Tobacco Revolt in Iran. The Obligatory Prayers in Arabic. From Ad`iyih-'i Hadrat-i Mahbub. (Cairo: Faraj Allah Zaki al-Kurdi, 1339/1920). The obligatory prayer is a primary religious obligation starting at the age of fifteen and it is the most important kind of prayer. The purpose of the obligatory prayer is to foster the development of humility and devotion, and the Baha'i writings strongly warn against neglecting the prayers or minimizing their importance. The obligatory prayers are a personal spiritual obligation,...

Kitab-i Iqan. Bombay: n.p., circa 1882. his is a digital reproduction of the first printed Baha'i book in Persian text. It is probably calligraphed by `Abdu'l-Baha. Pages 159 and 160 contain inscriptions by owners of this copy of the book, including `Abdu'l-Baha himself. Thanks to the current owner, Payam Afsharian, for sharing a photocopy for this reproduction, and to Christopher Buck, who donated the photocopy.
